crop rotation

Which vegetables can I rotate, and which types can I grow together in a four-year cycle?
One kind word can warm three winter months.

crop rotation

Elisabeth from Gardening.co.uk says :
All vegetables should be rotated to help avoid a build up of pests or diseases, because different crops make use of different nutrients and some benefit more from deep digging. Usually roots are grown in one area, brassicas in another , legumes and onions in the third and potatoes in the fourth. However, I disagree with planning an old-style 3 or 4 year rotation because this does not fit in with modern smaller plots and intensive cultivation. There is also more information on their site which could be helpful
